stand in spotlight

On Saturday I was lucky enough to be invited by the Aussie team to Chancery Court Spa for a day of pampering, relaxation, and an exciting announcement with my fellow Aussie Angels. What. a. day. We were so spoilt - a relaxing massage to start, followed by a gorgeous lunch, a chance to chill and catch up in the relaxation room, and then getting our hair done by the Aussie team. I felt so pampered! We were also told about Aussie's exciting new line - their Miracle Shine Range, which I am so excited to try. I don't know about you, but my hair definitely starts to look a bit dull when the colder weather arrives! 

I had to leave the Spa a little earlier than everyone else (much to my disappointment!) as Rich and I were off to see The Lion King as part of my birthday celebrations. The lovely ladies at Aussie very sweetly gave me a birthday card and sparkly angel badge which I proudly wore at the theatre! We stopped at Wahaca for Mexican food en route - I had steak strips which were so so good, alongside a couple of Coronas. 

Aussie gave us this cute little wicker basket to keep our goodies in; I felt like Little Red Riding Hood!

For anyone who has not seen The Lion King - go! It was just incredible; the costumes, the set, the music... everything! I am a big musical fan, but can safely say this is the best thing I've seen on stage. Highly recommended!

So all in all, an amazing weekend! Just the right amount of chilling, relaxing and socialising - what I would give to do this every weekend! Thank you Aussie so much for a great start to a lovely weekend!
